My name is Tamuril (Rachel Powell) and I am the owner and evaluator for the Tamurilart
Awards program. I am a college student and a hobby artist and web designer. I
have been actively participating in the awards community since 2002, and strive
to keep my evaluations fair, thorough, and honest.
I use Internet Explorer 5.0 and Netscape 6.0 in both 800X600 and 1024X768 resolutions
to determine quality of compatibility when evaluating sites. I also run my monitor
at 32-bit true colour and surf on a broadband connection.
Because art is my passion, I always keep a keen eye on the creative and inspiring
qualities of a website. Basically, I just love surfing the web, helping others,
and meeting new and interesting people along the way. This is the truth behind
my evaluations.

which I have been honoured enough to evaluate.

WECP Certification (Closed)
The WECP is an "Evaluator Certification"
program designed to teach basic evaluation
skills to a novice AP owner, or an
evaluator looking to further credentials
and qualifications.

TEAM is a group of Web Masters / Mistress's who have taken the pledge to give
you only the best in web site evaluations. |

The primary tasks of a Sea Team Evaluator are to evaluate sites that have been
placed in the Bi-Yearly nominations for the "Inspirational Award". |

Rhi-wards Evaluator

The Rhi-Wards Award Program is our way of recognising web site excellence, regardless
of the format it takes... We want to recognise those webmasters who put their
heart and soul into creating a web master piece!
I am a general English evaluator for the Rhi-wards program. Each application is
judged by two judges, with an average score gained. |

4Elements Award Evaluator (Closed)
We are all woven and somehow connected in and into each others world, thus part
of the Elements. This is why we call ourselves the judging Elements.
I am an evaluator for the 4th of the Moon award, an award given once every 3 months.
