Terms of Use

1. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS LICENSE

You may be granted a Buyout Purchase License in case of purchasing a website template at a Buyout Purchase Price. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase occurs, the template is permanently removed from my website and all other theme directories and is never available for free download or purchase again. I can not redistribute or resell templates after Exclusive Rights Purchase. It will not be available for purchase to another Buyer. This content is owned by the buyer and may be modified or resold as desired. Under this License, I have agreed that the content does not appear elsewhere in digital or print form.

2. COPYRIGHT REMOVAL

I allow a user to remove my copyrights from the footer of a specified SMF theme for a fee. This does not grant user the rights to redistribute my products.

3. ORIGINAL SOURCE FILE (.PSD) DOWNLOAD

The user is granted download, use, and modification of (1) original source file. The user is not allowed to redistribute or resell this source file, nor is the user allowed to remove copyrights or credits to myself or my website.

4. MY REFUND POLICY

Since my website is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods I do not issue refunds after the product is distributed, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at my site.

5. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc. I reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
